CINGULAR WIRELESS--- can you hear me now?

i've just spent the last 67 minutes on HOLD for cingular wireless!
AND THEY STILL HAVENT HELPED ME!
all i need is a yes or no answer.
so they've kept me on hold
since 3: 57.
during that time i've been on the bus,
gotten off the bus,
walked up the hill to my house,
unlocked the door, turned off the alarm, gotten changed, eaten a yogurt,
and played The Donnas.
